Community and Social Services Minister Madeleine Meilleur toured L’Arche Daybreak in Richmond Hill on Thursday, March 10. Chatting with Debbie Steckley, Minister Meilleur learned about how to make a candle in the Craft Studio, and later toured L’Arche Daybreak’s five day programs that focus on the needs and gifts of people with an intellectual disability in York Region.
